If you are interested in registering your child please do the following:

1.  filling out the Google Form – JKPG 2021 Family Survey 
2. filling out the Google form –  JKPG 2021 Registration 
3. AND mailing a check made out to Jan Ken Po Gakko for $275.00 for each child attending
a. Please include the child(ren)’s name in the memo of the check. 
b. Mail check to Jan Ken Po Gakko, 5930 South Land Park Drive, PO Box 221247, Sacramento, CA 95822
