Welcome Interested/ New Families:
Thank you for your interest in summer Jan Ken Po Gakko 2012.
The 2012 summer session will be from June 25th – July 13th, 2012 (July 4th no gakko). Classes are held Monday
through Friday from approximately 8:45 am – 12:00 noon at the Sacramento Japanese United Methodist Church
(SJUMC) at 6929 Franklin Boulevard. The program is offered to children who are beginning first through sixth grade
as of fall 2012. Registration donation will be $200 per child
If you would like to enroll your child for Jan Ken Po Gakko 2012, please complete and mail the 2012 Registration
Form along with a check for the full registration donation of $200 postmarked by August 15, 2011 to the address
listed below.
If the class that you are signing up for has more applicants than available spaces, you will be automatically placed in
a lottery and will be notified via email if your name was picked through the lottery. If you do not get selected, we will
return your check to you via US mail. Your information will be kept on file and we will notify you if any openings
become available.

know of others who may be interested, please do not hesitate to contact me.
